Using Buildform

These terms govern your use of the Buildform website and services provided by Buildform, LLC (“Buildform,” “we,” or “us”). By using Buildform, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account, except to the extent caused by matters outside your reasonable control. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Organization administrators manage memberships and permissions. They may grant or remove your access to their workspace. Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s applicable terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use Buildform to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, send abusive or unsolicited communications, bypass access controls, access another organization’s data without permission, or disrupt the service. Do not test or scan systems without authorization.

Your content

You retain your rights to content you submit. You grant Buildform permission to host, process, copy, and display that content as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Your organization may control shared workspace content. Keep copies of information you need independently of the service.

Our service and intellectual property

Buildform and its licensors retain rights to the service, software, branding, and other materials we provide. These terms permit you to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it.

Features may change, and maintenance or interruptions may occur. Preview and staging environments are intended for testing and may be changed or reset. Any separately agreed subscription, order form, or service agreement governs its specific commercial terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information, including information received through Google sign-in.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Buildform at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to address security risks, unlawful activity, or violations of these terms. Ending access does not necessarily delete shared content or records we need to retain for legitimate legal or security purposes.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether the service meets your needs.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate written agreement may provide additional commitments.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. We will post updated terms here and update the revision date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek your agreement before material changes take effect.
